Hi Alexander,
I work at Corel and I can help by providing your information to our IT guys to help diagnose the issue but I need some information from you. The information is private so please send it directly to me at brian.fraser@corel.com.
1. Go to the temp directory using Windows Explorer
2. Type %temp% to get to your temp directory
3. Gather all the files starting with PCULog*.*
4. Zip them up and send them to me via email brian.fraser@corel.com

what temp directory?? user temp or windows temp??

Hi Alexander,
If you type the %temp% in the Windows Explorer address bar the operating system will know which temp directory to find and open it for you. Once it opens it up, you can search, find the logs starting with PCUlog*.* and follow the remaining steps.
