When I use fiel>search content>connect>content exchange>clipart the folders are empty. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
You have to have a functioning internet connection and be logged into Connect. The content is online in the cloud not local. Try opening Connect directly.
What kind of internet connection do you have?
Do you use a wireless or wired interface?
I was just wondering, I rarely use Connect, when I do it's responsive.
