How do I export my entire file with all the content converted to a bitmap or a .jpg. At present, my vector content remains vector and is not compressed to a bitmap when exported, rendering the artwork "open" to be used when imported by other designers and their programs.
The PDF file format doesn't convert to bitmap all verctor objects. That's the advantadge of this file format and the reason why we use it. If you want to send a bitmap, the best way is... to export as bitmap! choose JPG or TIF, At least it's more honest than send a fake PDF. If it was for print, the file could be almost useless sometimes if you send a bitmap (for example,you can't change overprints or add trapping). btw if you want to produce it anyway, you can use a PDF printer (such as Acrobat PDF printer or Corel PDF Fusion printer) and send to Print with the option "print as bitmap" enabled
