Hello users of the CorelDRAW Community,
I have a problem with CorelDRAW X8 where when I open a new document and set the page size for example to 210 x 297 mm it replaces it with 2.100 x 2.970 mm, and every measurement i use, nudging, etc is all enlarged by 10 times. I have tried to change the ruler options thinking the scale was set to 1:10, but unfortunately this is not the issue, I have also tried several fixes that I have found online including Page Layout settings, changing ruler settings but to no avail. If there is anyone who had/has this problem and maybe knows a solution I will be eternally grateful.

Yes, it's exactly as Mek said. it's just about Windows settings, and the use ot dot or comma as decimal separator
