I want to merge/flatten all layer in coreldraw and convert all object to one object, for no one can to edit them. I don't use password. please tell me how can I do it

For flatten layers: select all / group (Crrl+G)
the only way to make sure than nobody will modify the document is to convert to bitmap.... unfortunately, "nobody" include yourself, then you should save the file as copy with a different name. if it's for send to othr people, you can export as PDF and protect the file wuth a password, than allows to open and read but doesn't allows to print, copy, save, etc
So there is no other way instead make group? I look for a way like Flatten or merge in Photoshop.

Ok thanks but I need to corel file, because after desin, I send my file to company with Telegram and they change color and then print high quality. I want they can change color, but I dont like they can change plan/design. I thing I have no chance for find a way

If they want the CDR to be able change colors later... sounds like there are trust issues with your client/customer/printer.
