Once I have cropped an image, is there a way to move the image around within the cropped area to fine tune adjustments?
Depending on what you want to do, you might find that PowerClip suits your needs better than cropping.
Agree. Once powerclipped inside a shape you can hold alt and select the shape that's inside and just use the arrow keys to nudge around or just grab and move it around.
