Whenever I click on the little icon in the upper right of the CorelDraw window, the mouse pointer turns to the spinning "wait a bit" icon and then just sits there. The icon in question, I believe, is for accessing your user profile. It is located right next to the minimize icon, so occasionally it gets inadvertently selected.
I have browsed the forums for similar issues and found advice on how to get rid of the welcome screen and I have done this, but accidentally clicking on this icon still locks up the program. I would prefer some kind of solution rather then a work around.

When you click on this icon, the program connect to internet in order to know your profile, status, etc. so it could be relative to something like internet connection or register process... have you already logged into your account? you can access under Help menu, that could helps
