Blocking access to TWAIN Scanner

I have CorelDraw x8 H&S running on Windows 10 Pro.

Had to reinstall the whole system due to a motherboard replacement. Running the same version of Windows 10 x64 Pro with PaperPort 14.5 Patch 1 (Fully compatible with Windows 10 same version) and the TWAIN drivers (Same Version as previously) for my Gestetner Network printer.

PaperPort and other scanning programs including ScanVue are working 100%.

After installing CorelDraw the scanner is no longer detected in PaperPort. Have tried various options of installing CorelDraw first then PaperPort then Drivers and all options.
Every time CorelDraw is installed scanner cannot be found.

Did an experiment where had the scanner working and and scanning pages from the ADF while installing CorelDraw. The moment CorelDraw reached 100% installed scanner not detected.
Then uninstalled CorelDraw and somewhere between 0 and 10% uninstall the PaperPort scanner once again works.

Support seems unwilling to help with the issue due to CDGX8 now being legacy software.

I also tried this with CDG2021 Trial and the same thing happens. Since they are unwilling to help with this issue in x8 I doubt they will help in 2021 version if I upgrade.
