About 3 years ago I created an XML file from CorelDraw (I don't remember which version) that would describe the size of the page, the position of the text, the font, etc. We did it for an XML Macro coder. The Coder was trying to build a macro for iStamp software by Flesher that sends the stamping information to our foil stamping machine to stamp foil letters onto leather name tags. I'm using CorelDraw X8 now, but I can't remember how to create the XML file.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Frank
Get the shapes information and write a xml file is pretty simple, but you will need understand the data structure from your stamping machine, visite the developer forum for code tips
Bonus630, I searched the Developer Forum but couldn't find any XML output threads. I have a sample XML file that iStamp can read, but it was manually coded. We're looking for a way to get a simple 2 lines of Arial text exported or printed to an XML file that defines each character and it's location on a 4" x 2" document.
