would love to build a flyout or dropdown button on a tool bar that each entry runs a LISP command
If you save and load the programs then you can just load them and run them as commands.
Well duh, thats what I am trying to avoid, I want to just click on a button, example SPLIC a 3d object, CLICK [Solid] then choose [Solid edit] then scroll down to Slice. FINALY I have my most commonly used command. Now let run it [Specify Entry] CLICK object (spacebar) now choose [3point] (spacebar) [Specify first point on plane» ] OK now were all good. That was a lot of mouse use, Now lets do this Add a new button to a menu that I click ONCE! It will open splice pause for selection automatically press (spacebar) automatically pick [3point] (spacebar) now all I have to do is set my point. All that from one button, one click boom done. This was very simple in AutoCAD 2000.So why with the my most favorite company make a CAD which I would image is a spin off of CorelDRAW. Makes this very difficult to make command with all the options in one pass.. And done even get me started with the superb help. EXAMPLE Opps my bad (what's this little "x" do?) Oh it turns off the Show/Hide Command Prompt bar at the bottom of the screen, Damn let turn it back on, NOPE! nothing in the menus, and HELP I now know a lot about Command window but not a damn thing about how to show/hide the freaking COMMANMD PROMPT bar.
