I have recently started working with CorelDRAW Technical Suite X6. I am trying to figure out if there is any way to customize the Workspace, change the color of the entire background like you can do in autodesk autocad? Are there any plug ins I can download for different menu bars or completely change the layout of everything?
Well Keith you could always draw a square of your choice of color and lock it down to keep it from moving. ( At least that's what I do in CorelDRAW anyway.)

HI.
Would be neat to be able to customize that background. Maybe include some defaults, like one that makes the drawing page look as if it was on a desk.

I have been able to use a macro that will change the background for Draw x6 but I use Designer X6, that is what i have been searching for a macro to do this.

Convert your macro to a Designer macro. Export the modules from the VBA editor and import them into a gms using the VBA editor in Designer.
I am not sure how to do that. Also this is not my macro, I found it some where in one of these forums. It may be locked or something, i am kinda new to macros.
