below image is take from corel draw x5. the shorcut is ok.. but I do the some thing in corel x7.. the shortcut not work.

The clue may be in the View All button -- shift Q is already allocated to another function :
I think you will need to change or remove the key from the Size setting before you can use it for something else.
It's the same issue than http://community.coreldraw.com/forums/t/46420.aspx ? the problem is different but both are relative to add a shortcut.
this command is the same that you already has active on the Propierty Bar. The other icon for "transform/size is the same of the Transform docker (Alt+F10)
Thanks, you can see the about pic. that I wish to add shortcut.. not only this.. all transform , rotate, size, position. all can not add shortcut..
in corel draw x5 all working well... dont know why corel x7 not working at all... I stopping use corel x7 and still use corel x5
