Had this program a few years and recently the freehand tool won't work correctly when I double click. The other mask tools work fine. Anyone know what would cause this? I uninstalled the entire program but the problem still remains.
Before uninstall/reinstall you could have tried resetting the workspace. Any ways you can try it now. Keep F8 key pressed while launching DRAW or PP and click Yes to reset the workspace.
Thank you for replying but I tried that twice. It didn't work. Any other suggestions?
