I have someone wanting a return address on a 60/sheet label (label #5195), but cannot find it anywhere in the labels I have. I'm assuming I need to update my Avery labels in Corel, but I've no idea where to go to do that, Corel site or Avery site?

Go to the Avery site first.
In the design don't crowd the edges of the label with text.
This will give you a "buffer" zone on the text so it never spills out over the label border no matter if the printer does a bit of sloppy paper handling.

Yeah... that's what I usually do for labels and business cards. One needs to dig up the layout specifications first of course or measure them yourself using a engineering rule or some finely marked ruler.
A 60 count is probably 10 down 6 across centered on the page with about a 1/2" margin all the way around... but that would need to be verified. Further on it was verified as 15 down 4 across. CorelDRAW can easily deal with those dimensions. I would use a block font like Arial for the label text. When you get to small labels serif fonts just are not great.
Google it!!!
I will make my own eventually, although for the smaller labels, It's a bit harder I find. But anyway, I'd like to use the label I downloaded from the Avery site, how do I "install" it in the Labels area in Corel x4 OR does Corel sell layouts for avery labels?
