Hi guys I am having some problems with the cut contour option here. I have installed the roland color libary so our colors will be just what we want. But I have not been able to find the cut contour color in the color pallette. I am needing to cut somethings for some orders and I can't. Any idea's would be great. Thanks everyone.
OH and just in case I have a Roland SP-300V Thanks again.
Party,
1. Open VersaWorks and hit the "F1" key.
2. Click the Search tab and type in "CorelDraw".
3. In the results double-click on "Creating Cut Data".
4. In the box on the right, click "When using CorelDRAW 11/12/X3"
5. Follow the instructions there.
If you still can't make it work send me an email at "folivioATgmailDOT.com" and I'll send you my userinks.cpl file along with a path showing where it's supposed to go.

I suspect there isn't anything really special about the palette, they are just a collection of hues that Roland suggests. It may be more useful for your work than Corel's default palette, since there are a wider range of hues at hand.
Unfortunately, just as Pantone does with their process color collection, they want to tie you to their numbering system. I break away from that by using standardized CMYK values instead.

See attached for a new Roland palette where I added the CutContour swatch at top of the list. Give it a try, let me know if it works for you.

It hopefully looks like this if you put into My Documents, My Palettes:
Alright thanks everyone for all the help. I have done what you said Jeff and it works but does not cut the bottom of hte image any thoughts. You guys are awesome
I may be totally off with this advice because it relates to how Roland PC60 works. With it you are able to set the cut color in the printer driver. Since the PC60 uses RGB as it base, I just created a color in my PC60 palette that corresponds to my birthdate and name it "Cutting". Then I set that as the default cut color in the printer driver. As for the bottom not cutting perhaps your print area was not made large enough?? As I said this may well be useless advice.
