I have a DC4sx and my prints are so washed out. If I print a vector image with spot colors, it is ok of course. But if I try a jpeg the color is not right. I am sending a cdr file. Any suggestions to start ?
You need to describe you work flow in detail. Do you export a PDF to the summa? Do you select file print? Is it postscript? Certainly this also could be a setting in the device but we can check CorelDraw first, what version of CorelDraw?
I don't have a Summa I'm hoping to point you in the right direction.
