I bought a new computer after my old one died. It has the same operating system, Windows 7 that the old one had, but now I can't see thumbnails for my Corel Draw files. It was working properly before and I double checked this by installing Draw on my laptop which also runs Windows 7 and it works fine. I've already tried uninstalling/ reinstalling CDR but with the same results. I also double checked my view settings to make sure they were the same. Obviously the problem is with Windows, not CDR but I'm wondering if anyone knows how to restore my thumbnail view.
Did you install the Corel Graphics windows shell extension when you installed CDGS?
You need to use the custom install, don't forget to install ghostscript also.
At this point I would uninstall, get rid of user files, REBOOT, install custom and install the updates before trying to work on files.
Hello Ripcord3; Well David has given you a answer for your question..... But I DON'T know Why Corel Doesn't look to see if you have it Installed. And you also will want .Net and Gostscript also, so make sure they are installed also. I know that people that can have this fixed read these post so they may fix it for the next ver. [:D]

I forgot all net updates for Windows. In fact I do them all.
