How to auto assign shortcut key for macro file?

I have a macro to send to a beginner user who doesn't know how to assign the shortcut keys. Is there a way to package the macro file in such a way that it not only installs but also assigns a particular combo shortcut key to it?

Pretty sure I could right a batch file to install the macro but not sure how to write it to assign the proper shortcut.

    I don't know of a way... I instead send people to this video which shows shortcut keys, and also how to install a custom icon to launch a macro.
