Print-like button to send drawing to laser cutter?

Hello, I have a laser cutter that only accepts SVG.  I am looking for a developer who can add a print-like button to CorelDRAW Graphics Suite for Windows to send drawings to my laser cutter.  Where is a good place to find such a developer?
