How to create a installble for the macros.after installing the macro an icon should be installed in the toolbar which calls the macro.please help me asap.

You can probably create an MST for copying additional files (like a custom GMS (macro) file) into the \GMS folder during installation of the application suite.
I cannot comment on how to do that in any more detail.
But you are asking for how to make the macro in the GMS available in the UI with a button, correct?
This part is done in the workspace. With the GMS file present go to Tools > Customize... and navigate to the "Commands" tab. There you will find "Macros" in the menu dropdown list. Your macro should be in that list (with its module and macro file name). Customize appearance, title and tooltip text and drag the button you created that way into the UI location you want to see it in.
Exit the dialog with OK and then go back to the Options dialog (Tools > Options). In the top entry in the tree on the left there is the list of workspaces. Your new menu item / button has been added to the active workspace. This workspace you need to export and then distribute by importing to the target PC(s).
You can automate the distribution of the workspace by customizing the default workspace and then copying the workspace files from your profile to the installation folder of the application suite (and update the default workspace that had been installed before). This way the customized workspace is available as default for all users.
