3) Powerclip Lock Contents to powerclip : Give this as global command to open all powerclips lock or unlock, so that user easily scale or rotate the power clip at once despite of to select each and every powerclip and to use the command lock contents to powerclip.

Please allow to remove the commands freely at the selection menu or in tools menu.
the red drawn portion is not removing. i had dropped all the desired filters at the right mouse button, but the red drawn area is not removing. Hence please allow to remove the commands at user level as well. please sir
