When export a file to pdf, there is something going wrong with de gradient fill.
For now i exported the whole image as one CMYK bitmap for printing, but i like to know what goes wrong.
(Or what i'm doing wrong :-) )
Regards Leon
Try selecting the smooth button. Can you post a link to the file please?
Smooth button with 999 steps looks good at screen. It's not one single object anymore but 999 circles.
Sample file
Checked your file, SignmakerLeon, and it appears that there is one midpoint, the rightmost one, that is at 44%. If I move it to 50% and then export, the fill will be OK.Don't know why but there appears to be a compatibility issue with fills where the midpoint has been moved. And by the way, never change the Flow (Vloeien) setting from locked to any number.Keeping it locked ensures a gradient going from color A to B as smooth as possible.Unlocking will limit the number of possible colors between A and B, and 999 may not necessarily be 999 in reality, and can sometimes create severe banding. And as you already found, a destroyed fountain fill on export.
Thanks for your answers.
You file worked fine in our Xitron, so did mine with smoothing. CorelDRAW was not made to open PDF files.
