I power clipped this shape (With a the red and white stripes power clipped in that shape) into the Right sleeve and it did this. Its clipped in the torso and neck pieces as well but only the sleeve shows it externally. The left sleeve is exactly the same and Ive copied that over and flipped it and it still does the same thing. Ive seen this a few times in the past but this is by far the worst Ive experienced this.
How can I fix this?

I found a work around by just "simplifying" the object from the shaping tools to fit the form of the jersey. But I generally try to avoid that because it often leads to unconnected nodes and other weird bugs that are a pain.
CorelDRAW does goofy things sometimes with shaping operations. Sometimes changing the direction of a Curve makes a difference.
Im a bit confused as to what you mean by "reverse curve direction". Did you flip it horizontally and flip it back?

I'm reversing the order of the nodes in the Curve.
When a Curve is selected, there is a Command for that present on the Property Bar:

It reverses the direction of the curve - so one result is that "line ends", e.g., arrowheads would be swapped on an open Curve.
I won't pretend to know all of the ins and outs of shaping operations (combine, weld, intersect, simplify, etc.), I have read a few comments from other users, the general gist of which was, "When something goofy happens in a shaping operation, undo and try it again after changing the direction of one of the curves involved in the operation."
For me, it's sort of understanding how it works without really understanding how it works.

When working with vector objects, it is sometimes important that the curves are running in the right direction.For example in some cases (most of the times it doesn't matter) when cutting on a cutting plotter or engraver.It can also be important when curves are combined.If, for example, both the outer and inner curve of an "O" run in the same direction, and the fill rule is set to Winding (Nonzero) *, the inner curve will be filled instead of a "hole".* If you find it interesting, here are descriptions of the Nonzero and Even-Odd rules. :-)
I recently designed a wordmark for myself and the O in the design did what the example in the top left shows after I "Simplified" the shapes. If I were to change the direction of the inner circle would it simplify correctly?
There are two ways to open up the "hole":
I personally prefer to change the curve direction (that's why I have a shortcut key) because then I know that the hole won't be filled no matter what rule is active.
Could also be worth knowing that "normal" objects in Draw have the Even-Odd rule by default, and therefore the curve directions are normally not important.Text converted to curves though, will usually have the Nonzero rule by default (to avoid that overlapping characters create holes where they overlap), and sometimes also imported objects, which may lead to confusion.
