Most of the time my designs print pretty good on my Epson p800. Every now and then a new design will print with parts of it having jagged edges. When zoomed in on the screen, it looks great at any magnification. I'm not too computer savy, but I have been working with Coreldraw for 6 or 7 years, most recently on x8. I have read other similar complaints, but I'm kind of stumped.
No, actually this was built entirely in draw x8 starting from the first line to the last. The 2 first samples I posted came from this rocket launch file. I just printed that file again and it looks great. When I copy one of the lamps, (2nd photo) into another x8 file, it has jaggies. I just can't figure out what is going on.
I am also having trouble trying to upload a zip file (all done through my phone). I will take your advice and try to upload to the cloud and post a link. Will have to wait till this weekend to have a friend help me with that. I'm not too computer savy.
I did try printing as a bitmap and it has even more jaggies. I'll keep trying different things.
Good morning Kurt, what would happen if you place the outline of those objects at the very top of the entire drawing... only the outline...
I'm not sure what you mean. Place an object with no fill and just the outlines? I'm beginning to think it's a glitch with x8 and I might just have to live with it.
You should be able to upload a file to for example WeTransfer, Kurt, and then post a link here.Give it a try, I would really like to see what's causing this jagginess.
