I've had this time consuming problem many times:For instance, I have several circles scattered over my work space, all the same size. Then I decide that they are a little too big or small. I want to adjust their size, but I have to do it one by one because I want them to stay in their position. Is there a way of changing their size all at once, but keeping them in place?
If you are using the "full" version of CorelDRAW - not the "Home and Student" version - then you could use a VBA macro to do that.
I wrote a macro to do that type of work:

.
I see. Well, I've never worked with macros before. I guess that shouldn't be a problem, but if I understand you correctly, then there's no way of doing it with just built in functions of Corel Draw?
I'm not aware of a way, using just the built in functions of CorelDRAW, to resize multiple shapes "individually" in a single operation while retaining the position of each shape.
Okay, thank you for your help. I'll think about the macro.

Thank you for this!I'm afraid I have no idea about how to work with codes. I'm not that advanced. But another hint in that thread - using CTRL+R - might be useful to speed up the task a bit.
Hello, Karin1610
Working with macros is wonderful, but it requires some habits and skills
I offer to your attention 2 more designer methods.
They are good if the objects are many, but they are the same, for example 10 circles located in different places on the page.
1. Select first circle, Edit/Clone, then copy clone 8 times, then change size of the control ellipse. As a result, the size of all cloned circles will change, but their position will be preserved.
2. Select first circle, Edit/Symbol/New Symbol, then copy symbol 9 times and move they in the necessary positions. If You change size of any Symbol /RightMouseButton click any Symbol/Edit Symbol/ change Symbol size - size of all other symbols will be changed
3. If shapes are different, solution must be different too - working with macros is necessaryGreetings!
