Change the eye dropper tool

Thanks for your reply. ......  and your right I can change it to CYMK and the eye dropper reads it as that ......what I am trying to do is make a colour chart that I can print out on my mimaki printer and have the colour chart on my computer that I can grab the colour from and I know it will print the colour that is on the chart....... if that makes sense .....RGB colours on my mimaki are way out .....I cannot get my head around colour profiles ...lol.....there are so many listed on machine .....I use one that is a good print out .

I use the colour chart I have printed to check or match up colours....may sound daft but it works .

My Mimaki JV33 and RasterLink RIP seems to ignore embedded profiles, so I have added the two I use (FOGRA39 and Adobe RGB) to RasterLink and use them when printing.
Then I use an output profile that I have found to work reliably on most materials instead of using specific profiles for each material (do have a few specific though, for specials).
Even though I may had been able to achieve slightly better result sometimes, I prefer to keep the different parameters that can affect the output to a minimum.
Maybe not "the right way" to do it but it works fine for me.

And, I also have a printed color chart for comparison.
