Can one apply two separate lenses on a JPG in CDR? One going east-west and the other going north-south?
For example, draw a white rectangle (without an outline) along the bottom of the image about 1/5 of the height and draw a white rectangle (without an outline) along the left side of the image about 1/5 of the width. Select each rectangle separately and apply Transparency tool for desired effect.

To get started what is the destination color space of the job? Are the images you're working on RGB or CMYK?
