When I try to save or to export the preview is not showing in the dialogue box, and whether I then try to save or export or I cancel it, the program just crashes. I've restarted the computer, I've removed all .tmp files but that hasn't made any difference. Is the only other course of action to reload the program, or are there any other suggestions, please? Thanks.
