The search function in product help does not work

Recently, the SEARCH feature for product help (both CorelDraw and Corel PhotoPaint), from the main Corel Draw menu, does not work.  The product help opens in our browser as it has for years, we select the SEARCH (versus the CONTENT) button at the top of the navigation pane, enter a search term and press ENTER.  Of late, the search appears to execute but no content is ever returned for search results, even obvious search terms.  We are not sure what has changed.  Is it possible that newer versions of our Microsoft Edge browser have changed or that some security software (we use Norton 360) is blocking the search results?  Interestingly, we can navigate the help content from the CONTENT button on the navigation bar without any issues.  We would appreciate any suggestions of how to overcome this problem.  Thank you in advance.
