Hello, I downloaded the new CorelDraw graphics Suite 2018, but i have and issue, it shows me a dialog box that CorelDraw stops working when initializing any program and then close the program. I tryed to repair the installation, uninstall and reinstall again 2 times, check for windows 10 updates, but nothing works. anyone have this problem too and solved it? my pc: windows 10 64 bits 16 Gb ram i7 processor I appreciate your help or solution ideas
You could first reset the font database, to see if this resolves the problem. To reset the font database, launch Corel Font Manager while holding the F8 key. From the prompt that appears, choose the option to reset the font database.
If resetting the font database does not help, please try the following steps:
If you have a previous version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, rename the following folder: "C:\\Users\\<username>\\AppData\\Roaming\\Corel\\FontDatabase\\V1\\" and then try launching the applications.
If you do not have a previous version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, rename the following folder: "C:\\Users\\<username>\\AppData\\Roaming\\Corel\\Databases\\V2.1\\" and then try launching the applications.

Can you please explain the process to rename the folder
To rename the folder for the previous version font database, ensure that all CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X8, or 2017 applications are closed. Then, in Windows Explorer navigate to your user app data folder by typing %appdata%. Then select the \Corel folder, then the \FontDatabase folder. Rename the 'V1' folder, to 'V1_old'.
