One of our workers is quiting and I want to transfer her licens on cd2018 to a new worker (setting up new computer with new programs and new mail and new user etc.).
Can this be done legaly and if yes. how do i do this?
I think that it would be no problem to uninstall / reinstall if you were keeping the license associated with the same CorelDRAW account (e-mail).
Transferring the license to a different CorelDRAW account? I think you would need to contact CorelDRAW support to find out what can be done.
If you do that, then please post here what the results were! I'm sure that there are others who have had (or will someday have) the same question.
I tried to transfer a license, for X8, that was not being used, was not the parent for an u/g new version, and was 2 versions out of date, to a friend of mine who wanted to learn to use CorelDraw. I was told by Corel that this is not allowed. And I also believe this is in contravention to EU law. Corel lost a potential new customer.
Adobe used to allow you to transfer a license prior to CC.
After som digging in older mails and online at Corel I see that all the licenses is with one user. then this should be no problem, just has to figure out what serialnumber I can type into the new machine. It dosen say what serialnumber that is assosiated wit jus one or with 3 licenses. But it might be the one that is longest of the 2 licenses?
