How to disable the promotions that popup before the program loads

Is there a way to disable the promotional ads that sometimes popup before the program loads?

From time to time when opening either DRAW or PAINT an ad from Corel will popup and halt the loading of the program until I click on it. It's usually a "Special Offer! Act Now!" type of thing (I'm sure you've all seen it.) I don't necessarily mind being alerted to promotions, but it's annoying because the program stops loading until this popup is dealt with. And because both DRAW and PAINT take a long time to load, many times I click the program icon and then walk away to do something else while it loads. I come back a few minutes later only to find it stopped loading because the ad is sitting there waiting for me to click on it. Very annoying. I can click "Don't show this again", but that seems to apply only to that particular ad and not any future ads.

I've looked for an option to disable it, nothing that I can see. Maybe a registry hack?
