After uninstalling Corel Suite 2019 due to too many bugs, we reinstalled Corel Suite 2018. Now at least once a day when we open Corel 2018 it asks us to login again. This happens to two installations with two different logins/serial numbers on two computers 1400km apart.
Please, it's still doing it! This only started happening after we re-installed Corel Suite 2018 on both work computers and it gave us the "Too many instances of Corel installed" error. We then deleted all instances on both accounts via the Product Status and Subscriptions >> Manage >> Remove selected machines method and re-authenticated both machines with their unique logins. No foul play involved here!!
Now we have to deal with this screen on both PC's multiple times a day!!!
I suggest that you contact the Customer Support team directly to review the account settings, password, etc. They should be able to sort it for you.

Ta Sharon Potts - Just did that. It's been escalated to Technical. I'll be sure to put the solution here if it's anything other than "please reinstall Corel"... Ok even if it's that I'll do it too
