When I click on my "shortcut to Corel Draw 2018 a message appears saying "Problem with Shortcut. Fatal error during installation."

Hi. I am a REAL newbie. Corel Draw 2018 (64bit) was installed on my HP EliteBook. A shortcut was put onto desktop.Now shortcut doesn't work .a message appears saying "Problem with Shortcut. Fatal error during installation." Can this be fixed anyone? Or do I need to take it to a shop? Thanks so much. Amiria
