I checked on the console for the reason why the new MAC edition of CorelDraw and Corel Photopaint to loading, instead I got this message
-NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance: 0-appearance: (null)-effectiveAppearance: <NSCompositeAppearance: 0x6000007eb430("<NSDarkAquaAppearance: 0x600003168500>","<NSSystemAppearance: 0x60000316d540>")>
I contacted the technical team and no reasonable excuse for this was given for this to happen without even using the software for up to 10 days.
They really need to fix this asap.
Don.
Hi Don,
Can you share more information?
Such as type of machine, ram, macOS version, language, theme use (dark, light), etc.
Is it a Trial, Retail?
Do you have a special flavor of macOS, anything particular out of the ordinary or customized, appearance, Focus, Resolution, retina, non-retina, 4K, 5K, Dual monitor, SDK, Kit, driver issue?
and what have you tried so far...
Did you get the sign-in dialog launching the main app the first time?
machine: imac late 2013
ram: 8gb
macOS version: mojave 10.14.4
Language: english
theme: dark
trial
non-retina
Worked for sometime after first installation.
Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and also restarted my mac several times too
Got the sign-in dialog launching the main app the first time.
What did the Technical team have you do?
Since it was working for a while, what has changed between the moment it was working vs stopped working?
Is this when you may have updated your macOS from 10.14.3 to 10.14.4?
Have you tried holding the Shift key while launching CorelDRAW or PP? A message will appear asking you to reset.
I trial is good for 15 days. So you may have surpassed that time.
Thank for your response...Just did resetting but got this message when I try loading the application,
"Please reconnect the device that has the file location, or choose a new folder. In the meantime, content will be saved in the Corel default location. You can move the content after the file location is restored."
Please what should I do now.
