Dear Team,
When I create the gradation in Corel MAC 2019 it turn to a layer form and I can't do the changes and have to create the same thing all agin.
Is there any way to keep it in vector format with same gradation form and save my time...
Have you exported and then imported the file again, and then found that the "gradation" (fountain fill) is no longer editable?
I only saved the file and then reopened then is shows the layer which I can't edit but to create new path again...
One more thing: Did you perhaps save back to a previous version?
Yes I checked with Previous & New Version as well.
Here I am attaching the file I was working lastly for your better understanding.
If you see here the background was in vector format.
Next day then I start working on the same file the background converted in to a layer (Image) format which I can't edit but have to create all to new and again.
This is happening again and again.
Please help me out with this.
Sorry but we need to see the actual file (CDR) to be able to figure out what happens. But if I should guess what's causing it, I'd say the dotted areas. What are they? 2-color pattern fills or are they made from the Pointillizer plug-in maybe?
I found that, if I save the file in lower version on COREl then the issues is remain but if I save the file in Corel 19 MAC version then there is no issues but still we have to clear it out as we work on Windows version for editing as well..
If you want the original file please let me know, I ll share the original file as well but have to resolve this as soon as possible.
I have no idea how much you know about CD, I know nothing about the MAC version. With that said fountain fills have had several evolutionary changes starting with Windows versions X5 and continuing for several versions. I believe if you 're looking for backwards compatibility you need to really know your stuff.
With that said I suggest soft proofing to be turned on during design. I get very reliable results.

There is most likely something in your file that is not compatible with the version you are trying to save back to, and therefore Draw has to "cheat" by converting to a bitmap image. What version are you saving as?You will have to work around it somehow, maybe create the non compatible effect in some other way.Can you please upload the file somewhere so we can have a look?
