2 of the same files opening at the same time

Can anyone please help me with this.

I have recently just signined up to CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2023, Anual Plan.

When ever I double click to open a non .cdr file, I get 2 instances of the same file opening.

In order to get the below, I opened a .eps (which I have opened many times in CD 2020 with no issues)

I have had used several versions of CD and never had this issue before.

These are the details of my PC:

Device name Craigs_Vostro
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5625U with Radeon Graphics 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎03/‎08/‎2023
OS build 22621.2215
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22662.1000.0

If anyone can shed any light on this I would be eternally greatful!
