CorelDraw Closing Issue

Apologies first and foremost if this isn't the correct place to post (I have never posted in a forum and don't know where to post, etc, etc)...

I'm not even sure how to explain my problem, but when I close CorelDraw 2022 Version, it acts like I have 10 other files opened but I don't?? I have a video and photo attached to show my problem. I recently had the 21 vers, but upgraded. I am using 21 vers files in 22 vers program. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. 

Any help appreciatd please!!

    1. I have the same problem, been searching for a solution for quite a while. at random tumes when clicking print, the software will simply close and loose any recent work in the process. The pc meets specifications and the bios is upto date with latest release. If I find a solution I will post here for you and other users because as it is Corel do noy seem interetsed in fixing their software.
