Workflow was to open the PDF in Acrobat, removing all but the 11 pages that I needed to work with. Draw 2024 open the files easily and allowed me to maneuver around and make edits quickly.
I added grass areas, signage and Traffic Impact Study Data.
CAD files are a noisy bunch of junk, some pages had 7 to 11 layers of images on top of the vectors. I worked on previous submissions for this development in 2022 and 2023, the 2024 version is a significant improvement.
