Hi CorelDraw experienced users!
Can anyone explain why in some languages, while in Coreldraw the characters have always the correct spacing, in the pdf exported with the fonts active, the spacing is a mess? See capture bellow, the specific font is Arial Narrow. The problem is major because I work with many languages in the same file and they keep sending me jobs back for supposed corrections. The solution to convert fonts to curves is not an option because the client needs to be able to copy-paste text. I now use to sent artwork in two files, one with active-fonts and one converted to curves.
This hapens with all Corel versions, the current is the latest (25.2). The OS is Windows 11 Pro.
Seems to work well here. I have used a hungarian language as it is in your exemple. The font may be is corrupt.CorelDraw2020, W10 home, PDF/x-4:2010, Arial Narrow(not installed).
Thank you cfd.
The problem persists with different fonts (e.g. Roboto Condenced) in certain languages such as lithouanian and hungarian.
Seems to work well with Roboto Condensed(not installed), Paragraph Text, CorelDraw2020, W10 home, PDF/x-4:2010Try to repair your CorelDraw or reinstall.
