so I have had this problem for 2 years now both 2020 and 2021 versions when you go to Customization / commands and try to do anything with the page if will take about 2 minuets for each selection to change.
wondering if anyone has any suggestions to why it is slow.
I do have about 30 custom Macros that are part of this list that I thought was the problem but even when I remove the Macro file and they go away it is till slow.
What are your system specifications? Are you using a laptop? I run a desktop and those areas are instantaneous for me.
it is a desktop with the above specs with at Nvidia GeForece RTX 3080 video card. Running a triple monitor setup with the latest drivers.
I see that not all RAM is accessible, is the onboard video active?
what am I missing 31.7 of 32 usable is normal for ram, is it not? and correct the internal video card is disabled, I enabled it with no change to ram or the program.
If the onboard graphics card is not disabled, there may be conflicts.
This is just a fishing expedition, your specs should be fine but there's certainly an issue somewhere.
Is this a built system or a store brand?
If it's a home built what brand main board?
