floating windows

Is there a way to have floating windows in Photo-Paint for each picture like in the older versions?  I don't care for the picture taking up the whole screen or going to the toolbar.

    I figured this out although they still jump to the tab bar if I get near it, then when I re-open it, it has jumped to 100% size. Man how I want the tab bar gone.
    My perfect version was X6. If they could make that with all the icon changing abilities of the 2017 version, I would be very happy!
