X4 Full version has limited functionality after trial version

After a trial period I bought and installed the Corel X4 suite. The installation seemed succesful however, when launching any of the programs a message pops up:

"No asset found for trial download (license ID: 540228824) with -10 day(s) left, source type 1, lang en and source ID 707000. "

and the program has only limited functionality.

I uninstalled the trial version before installing the full/paid version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Corel Customer service have send me a guide how to completely uninstall the trial version.

That worked.

I have this same problem...please let me know what they told you to do!!! I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling several times and it doesn't work. I still get the same error message.
