I'm trying to find out what the difference is, if any, between X4 Home & Student Edition and X4 Education Edition. I saw 3 editions for sale on Amazon: Standard Edition, Home and Student Edition, and Education Edition. From another recent post I understand the difference between Standard vs. Student. But is there a difference between Student and Education Editions? If so, what is it? Thanks in advance for answering.

In addition to the information provided in the link that Michael posted, the Education version requires proof of eligibility to be used, e.g. you need to be part of an academic institution (teacher or student) and this is only to be used for that one person. Both Education and Home & Student are strictly for non-commercial usage.
