How to change a coloured image into a black & white (greyscale) image?

Hi There

I'm using Corel draw X4 having problem changing the coloured picture into black and white (greyscale)..

 

I'm new to Corel still trying to get the hang of this.

Could someone please advise how can do this. Simple proces.

    For vector objects, use Find and Replace (Edit > Find and Replace > Replace Objects...) and select "Replace a color model or palette" and then "Find any color model or color palette" and "Replace with the color model Grayscale".
    For bitmaps, select the bitmap and use Bitmaps > Mode > Grayscale.
