I would like to buy CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 Education Edition which I can not afford to buy full retial version
My questions are: is those software sold in http://www.amazon.com or this one

come with product serial and legal?
I have already applied to buy directly from corel but it says product can not ship to my country Malaysia and in Malaysia I can not find a place where I can buy Education Edition under USD 100.00.
I am not in rush to buy now if CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5 is going to release soon.
Please advice me corel.

You can only buy and use the Education versions if you are a student or part of a school, e.g. don't use it for commercial purpose. The full eligibility is available on the www.corel.com site for your country / region. While we might not sell the Acacdemic versions in Malaysia, you should be able to purchase academic license if you are eligible for them from a reseller who sells software for schools and students.
