Is it possible? Thanks.
Since CorelDRAW is an illustration software, only to read the text is not a solution. Also, Illustrator changes the text propierties. If you want to see the content of any file, the best solution is to request the author to send you a PDF file or, at least, a TIF or JPG. If you can't contact with the author, you can attach the cdr (or upload to a free storage web such as gigasize.com or megaupload.com) and one of us will convert the file for you, in the file format that you want

I would still recommend downloading the trial version of CorelDraw X4. It is a full feature trial version for I think 30 days. You would not loose anything.

In addition to this, It will view the .cdr files for LIFE
If you only want to see the file its better you download trial version. You can see .cdr files on it for a long period of time but you cant work on it after 30 days of trial period. If its urgent download the trial version.

You can work on it even after it has expired, but can't save, print, copy and export from it. LOL!
