Hi all !
I think I'm not the first one to have this kind of problem. If someone could help me !
In X4 since today, while exporting my work as a JPG file, the export doesn't work at all when I want to create for example a 300ppp JPG file ! A size of 1x1 px is automatically shown and I just can't export high res JPG as I always do.
As a result, the JPG is never created, it only works when I am putting resolution lower and lower...
What's the problem ? How can I fix this ?
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP !...

What I find very strange is that the percentages of height and width are 0%. It seem like a setting has been changed. Perhaps in the registry. Have you tried reseting the work space back to default. Although I think it may take more than that.

Ariel, after testing :
The problem apparently still remains focused on "large" pixel image export...

@ Jack : thanks. I also think it's strange, it has no sense. If a setting has change, it's probably not from me. I resetted the configuration, still have the problem, seems to be a "deeper" bug...
Hi: I see you posted this a very long time ago, and I found this string while searching for an answer to the same problem. It was a big conundrum! Well, it appears that the answer is to reset the layout for the document page size to match your creationed document size, or larger.it was as simple as that. Thanks to reading your strings i have my sanity back.
