I love the new interface. Much more slick and fresh.

Not exactly but consider it like this. If you're a great chef and make wonderful food for the world to consume, would you use a substandard heat source or cook ware that places a metallic taste in the food? Certainly not!
The same thing goes for graphics. If Corel ignores core technology updates, (in this case specific color handling changes) then there are things in the graphic world that we as Corel users cannot do and therefore graphic positions that have to be filled with Adobe licenses. Just like the chef that has two (core technology) items destroy the entire recipe, a few short comings in core technology can knock Corel users out of some key markets in graphics.
I want to see Corel succeed because I want to succeed, so I give them advice as I do the companies I consult for. Find the key item that produces the most amount of result for your dollar and do it!
Edward Thurston said:"auto center power clip". Do you mean the "auto center new power clip contents" option ?
Yes.
If I have an object or an image and I want to powerclip out something that is not in the center I cannot do this until I disengage this setting, because the image inside the path jumps to automatically center.
This for many people is most often the case so it is a PITA, however since you draw the path to clip to where you want it the default for this being off makes sense to a great deal of people.

On another note Ed I didn't mention it in testing because Corel was not going to fix it. It's like the neighbors barking dog problem, it barks until some shoots the dog or the neighbor. In this case these issues will piss people off until they buy something else.

I agree. Some want it this way, and others want it another way. I guess for newbies the auto-center setting can be the easiest. What if you put a bitmap into a power clip container without positioning it first? It will suddenly be invisible. With the auto-center setting you do at least see the bitmap inside the container.
