wood branding effect?????

Hi Guy's.

I am looking for some tips or a tutorial on how to create a wood branding effect in coreldraw, I know Jesus Cota posted some links in 2011 but unfortunately it seems the links are broken I cannot access them. Can anybody give me some pointers please.
